Massage Procedure-How is the massage done?
When you are looking for massage therapy in Nairobi, be sure to check which type of massage a practitioner can provide. Match that with the benefits you hope to get from the massage session. You may want to chat with several different practitioners to find the one who understands your needs and is used to working with people with similar goals. Be sure also to discuss any allergies, such as to scents or plant oils, so your massage will be relaxing and beneficial without that concern.
The most popular type is the classic Swedish massage. Here it usually starts with a back massage, with light strokes, then progressing to deeper strokes. A full massage will include the legs, feet, neck, head, face, and hands. Client needs will be a priority.
What kind of oils used?
We prefer the odourless Olive Oil, because it functions best, its Natural, and does not have any side effects or itches to all skin types, coconut oil, sunflower, or any other a client may request may be used.
On the Client’s Part.
-Communication. The client will communicate preferences e.g. on matters like which parts to concentrate on while massaging, deep/light massage
-What to where for the massage (client’s decision)
-Music or silence. Solely a client’s decision to provide calm music or not. Though some of our masseuses have some classics and slow jazz music on their phones.
-Any other questions and clarifications please confirm with the masseuse!
Have a relaxing experience, and don’t forget to keep hydrated.
